MyPaperLess Office uses the latest Dot Net to power the truly online enrollment involving voluntary benefits such as Accident, Cancer, Disability and Critical Illness insurance, with point and click ease of use.  The application screens are organized by intuitive menus to make it simple and clear for the average user.

PaperLess Office Online Enrollment Technology offers employees state of the art self-service functionality with the flexibility of several enrollment options. The 128-bits secure connectivity (provided by Thawte, SSL Web Server Certificates which offers secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site) of our advanced technology allows employees to select their benefit plan participation options by logging into the system via the Internet and entering their personal username and password code.

Using PaperLess Office ESS - Employees may self-enroll in their  company sponsored insurance/benefit plans and find information to answer  questions about each type of insurance benefit including provider  rates, types of plans and physician networks.

Employees can enter new information as changes occur  as well as submit  COBRA event notices.

- Employees utilize self-service enrollment functions by logging onto their personal benefit page by  username  and password. Whichever option is chosen, both employees and employers will be able to view a summary of the selected information online. 

To succeed in handling the myriad of proprietary formats for carrier, payroll, HRIS and other transmissions as well as custom plan rules, a comprehensive set of data exchange engines are built into PaperLess Office. These engines are designed to be configurable and extensible to handle any benefits data exchange requirement into and out of PaperLess Office.
